1. Mandatory Inspection Upon Delivery
When your package arrives, you must inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel. Please check the jersey for the correct size, team, design, and overall quality before the rider leaves your premises.
2. Instant Returns at the Doorstep
If you are not satisfied with the product, find a defect, or decide you no longer want the item, you may return it instantly through the same delivery personnel.
Delivery Charge Condition: If you choose to return the product at the doorstep for any reason, you are required to pay the standard delivery charge to the rider. The product itself will be taken back, but the delivery fee must be covered by the customer.
3. No Refunds After Acceptance
Once you have inspected the product, accepted the parcel, and the delivery personnel has departed, the sale is considered final.
No Post-Delivery Refunds: We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges after the product has been successfully received and the rider has left.
Claims of defects, wrong sizing, or incorrect items will not be entertained after the delivery process is fully completed.
